Hosted by power-duo Jacklyn and Mari, each week will highlight a diverse variety of new releases from local, national, and international talent. If you're looking to uncover a new favorite song, artist, or band, this is a great place to start!

Discovered Lately is a feature segment where we highlight a particular band, artist, or collective that deserves more recognition. A hand picked selection of songs are played, musician specific details are shared and all methods of listening and socials are dropped. This segment hopes to grow into in depth interviews and collaborations with up and coming artists. Sharing a particular set of music that inspires the hosts, in hopes to inspire you.

Where it all began...
Valley Free Radio (VFR) is a nonprofit, independent community radio station based out of Northampton, Massachusetts. Originated from an idea of four radio activists fighting for media democracy in 2001, the station is currently run and operated solely on its collection of volunteers.
